RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 54 vacant developed lots and approximately 16.57 acres of residential land situated within the Crosstowne Subdivision in southeast Raleigh, North Carolina.
   Crabtree Creek Properties, LLC purchased the land from RREF BB-NC LLL, LLC for $1,750,000 for investment purposes.
