GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group and Triad Commercial Properties represented the seller in the sale of Air Park West, a 171,641 SF corporate office park strategically located along I-40 in the highly desirable Airport submarket of Greensboro, North Carolina.  Air Park West, situated on 21.5 acres, is comprised of two mid-rise headquarters office buildings and three single-story office buildings.  Tenants include Volvo Group North America, Entercom Communications, and Berkley Insurance Company.
