RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented HM Real Estate Holding, LLC in the sale of a 15,220 sq.ft. retail strip center located at 7601 W. Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia.  The Property was purchased as an investment by C. Richmond Properties, LLC and was 100% leased at the time of acquisition.  The purchase price was $1,900,000.
