FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 1.07 acres of land situated within Cherry Grove at Warrenton Rd. and Banks Ford Parkway in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
   O’Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. purchased the land from REDUS Virginia Commercial, LLC for $675,000 and plans to construct a new retail location.  Opening is planned for late 2015.
