SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Tecnico Corporation in their lease of 50,000 square feet in Bridgeway Commerce Center – Building I at 6950 Harbour View Blvd. in Suffolk, Virginia.  They are expanding and relocating their business to service Newport News Shipbuilding. 

Tecnico Corporation was founded in 1990 to provide premier hull, mechanical, structural and electrical support services to the local Master Ship Repair yards in the Hampton Roads, VA area and recognized as a quality leader within the marine and industrial repair and fabrication industry. Tecnico has operating facilities in Norfolk, VA, Mobile, AL, Philadelphia, PA and San Diego, CA.
