FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 607 William Street in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. 
   The Wack Companies purchased the full block parcel from Free Lance-Star Publishing Company for $2,820,000 to build a large mixed-use complex known as Liberty Place.
