RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 1.32 acres of land within Ironbridge Corner at Route 10 and Iron Bridge Parkway in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
   Greene County Realty Co. purchased the land from Ironbridge Corner, L.C. for $400,000 and plans to construct an O’Reilly Auto Parts store at this location.  Opening is planned for late 2016/early 2017.
