RSI Distribution Center, located within the 680-acre master planned Lincoln County Industrial Park, is 100% leased to RSI Home Products, who recently extended a 15-year lease term.  RSI Home Products is the largest manufacturer of laminate kitchen and bath cabinetry in the world. The property, originally built in 2004, has seen three expansions, the most recent a 225,000 square foot addition.
   Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc. purchased the property for $55,700,000.
