CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 916 Commerce Circle in Hanahan, South Carolina.
   Sumter Packaging purchased the 80,000 sq.ft. rail-served warehouse property situated on 4.25 acres from NAT Charleston, LLC for $3,325,000.  Sumter Packaging is expanding their operation to service the over 100 customers in the Charleston market.
