FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 900 Princess Anne Street, also known as the National Bank Building, in Historic Downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia.  NBB, LLC purchased the 6,400 sq.ft. property from PNC for $1,600,000 as an investment for redevelopment.
   The property, situated in the heart of the professional district, comprises two parcels totaling 0.541 acres, along with 22 parking spaces.  One parcel is located on the corner of Princess Anne Street and George Street; the other at the corner of George Street and Charles Street.
