   The Landlord recaptured the anchor box from Kmart in April, 2015 and subsequently demolished the 104,228 square foot former Kmart building. The building pad is being redeveloped for junior anchors.  With Burlington occupying a major portion of this new area, the remaining space available for lease can accommodate 10,000 – 50,000 square feet.
