NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Shorewood Packaging facility located at 815 Chapman Way in Newport News, Virginia.
 Municipal Partners III, LLC purchased the 266,613 sq.ft. industrial property situated on 23.3 acres from International Paper Company for $4,000,000 as an investment.
