RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the Seller in the sale of Arboretum IX, located at 9201 Arboretum Parkway in Richmond (Chesterfield County), Virginia. 
   Dominion Realty Partners acquired the asset on November 25, 2015 for a sale price of $6,750,000.  The sale was completed by Eric Robison of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Richmond office, in conjunction with office leasing agent Mark Douglas, CCIM, SIOR.   
   Arboretum IX is a three-story, multi-tenant, suburban class A office building located in the highly regarded Arboretum Office Park in Chesterfield County, a nearly 600,000 square foot office park in Richmond’s Southside office market. The property includes 74,772 total square feet of premium, lakefront office space on nearly six acres. Arboretum IX was 77% leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Philip Morris International, JMT engineering firm, as well as IBM.
