RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the exclusive representation of Walmart in their purchase of 18.06 acres of land at Fairfield Commons Mall situated along Nine Mile Road and Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County, Virginia. 
   Walmart purchased the site from Future Family, LLP for $4,956,000 for the development of a new Walmart Supercenter.
