   Mustard Seed LLC purchased the 2,548 sq.ft. full service carwash facility situated on 1.06 acres from the Edmunds Group, LLC for $500,000 as an investment.
   Norman Moon, Jr., CCIM, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer and George M. Lupton, III, CCIM, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
