SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have assisted in the build-to-suit lease of 401,066 square feet with Emser Tile at CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Suffolk. The new building, located off Rt. 58 west of the Port of Virginia, will establish Emser Tile’s new East Coast distribution center.
Emser Tile, headquartered in Los Angeles, California, is the leading designer, marketer, and producer of the world’s finest tile and natural stone, and is one of the most comprehensive sources for interior and exterior products. Construction for the new building is underway with completion planned for late 2016.
