CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented CA Ventures in fully leasing 5,180 square feet of retail space within Uncommon, a retail development currently under construction at 1000 West Main Street in Charlottesville, Virginia. The new center is strategically located between the heart of the University of Virginia (UVA) and Charlottesville’s downtown mall. 
Hardywood Park Craft Brewery will be the anchor tenant occupying 3,367 square feet for a brewery and tap room. This will be Hardywood’s first expansion outside of Richmond, Virginia. They will be joining Purvelo, a local and highly successful spin studio, that will be leasing 1,960 square feet.
