HuguenotTownePlace, LLC purchased the land from FPH Enterprises, LLC for $900,000 for the contiguous corner parcel and expansion of the new TownePlace at Huguenot retail development.  The existing two-story building will be demolished to make way for new retail structures. TownePlace at Huguenot is anchored by Mellow Mushroom and is expected to be delivered late 2016.
