The 27,847 square foot retail center is part of the 225,200 square foot mixed-use development located on Midlothian Turnpike at Watkins Centre Parkway in Chesterfield County (Midlothian), Virginia. New tenants to join the center, and achieve 100% occupancy, are HHHunt (6,343 square feet) and Monarch Bank (3,967 square feet). Additional tenants in The Shoppes at Westchester are Wawa, CVS, Burger King, Subway, Brain Balance, and Palermo. Area tenants include Target, OfficeMax, Petco, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Store, Starbucks, Regal Cinemas.
