Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of a retail outparcel at Gleneagles Shopping Center located at the intersection of Ridgefield Parkway and Eagles View Drive in Henrico County, Virginia.

EVR-Glen Eagles, LLC dba Dunkin’ Donuts purchased the 0.9 acre parcel from Richfield Outparcels LLC for $415,000.  Plans call for construction of a new Dunkin’ Donuts with a drive-thru.
