FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the seller in the sale of Shops at Salem Fields located at 7108 Salem Fields Blvd. in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Ziff Properties purchased the 44,900 square foot retail center as an investment. The property was 100% leased at the time of the sale and includes tenants such as Food Lion, Primo Pizza and Subway.
