GLEN ALLEN, VIRGINIA Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and The Peterson Companies are pleased to announce the opening of Publix, their first in the Commonwealth of Virginia; as well as several new leases completed for Nuckols Place, located at Nuckols Road and Twin Hickory Drive in Henrico County (Glen Allen), Virginia.
Publix will open July 15th along with Chipotle, Hair Cuttery, Lee Nail’s, and PetValu.  The following tenants have joined the development and plan to open in the fall; Zaxby’s, Sedona Taphouse, MOD Pizza, GNC, and Dynamic Dental. Starbuck’s opened in June, and several more tenants will be announced in the near future.
