First Watch Restaurant Chooses New Town Shops on Main for their New Location in Williamsburg
WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that First Watch, the fastest-growing daytime only restaurant operator in the U.S., has completed a lease with New Town Shops on Main to occupy a prime location at the corner of Monticello and Courthouse Street later this year. The new restaurant, comprised of 4,239 square feet, will also feature additional seating on an outdoor patio for diners.
To make way for First Watch, longtime New Town Shops On Main independent bicycle retailer Conte’s will relocate to a larger and newly modernized store at the intersection of Courthouse Street and Center Street. The new Conte’s location will benefit from a covered front terrace featuring bicycle parking allowing riders to safely secure their bikes out of the elements. It is expected that Conte’s will soon be joined by two new restaurant concepts planned for the same block.
