The sale was offered through RealINSIGHT Marketplace, an online sales platform. The Portfolio consists of Research Quad I, a 59,125 square foot, three-story office building currently 71.8% leased, and Research Quad III, a 97,488 square foot, four-story office building 100% occupied by a GSA tenant. The Portfolio is situated in a campus-like setting on over 24 acres and features large open floor plates, abundant on-site parking, gym facilities, and Class A, top-of-market finishes.
Twenty Lake Holdings (“TLH”) out of New York acquired the asset on June 1, 2018 as part of its growing value-add platform and is actively marketing the available space for lease.
