HAMPTON ROADS AND RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Conn’s HomePlus in their site selection and lease negotiations for several new retail locations in the Hampton Roads and Richmond, Virginia markets. 
Newly leased locations which represent Conn’s entry into the Hampton Roads area include: 40,500 square feet in Riverpointe Shopping Center at 1044 W. Mercury Blvd. in Hampton; 37,500 square feet in Princess Anne Plaza at Virginia Beach Blvd. & N. Plaza Trail in Virginia Beach; and, 44,386 square feet in Alexander’s Corner at 2558 Airline Boulevard, in Portsmouth. 
Conn’s is also under construction with their second location in Richmond at Spring Rock Green on Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield County.
These locations should open late 2018 to early 2019.
