Totaling 120,000 square feet, 3TWENTY3 is a state-of-the-art, five-floor office building being built on top of a four-story, 200 space parking structure designed by BB&M Architects out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Its exceptional location in the heart of downtown Charlottesville offers tenants a short walking distance to the Downtown Mall with its various restaurants, retail shops, entertainment venues and other amenities that downtown has to offer. The building also enjoys breathtaking views of both downtown Charlottesville and the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains.
Insite Properties is the owner/developer. Jay Blanton, the Managing Partner of Insite recently stated, “Nearly three years ago we identified the need and found the site in Charlottesville for 3TWENTY3, a premier location for a first class institutional quality large floor plate office project. We have designed 3TWENTY3 with tenants in mind that value a state-of-the-art facility in which to grow their companies. The building itself will positively influence recruiting of talented professionals that value connectivity to the diversity offered by an urban setting”.
John Pritzlaff, of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, is the exclusive leasing representative for the building.
