Piedmont Place Realty Holdings, LLC sold the mixed-use property to Core Real Estate and Development for $5,600,000. The former Barnes Lumber property was redeveloped by the Piedmont Place Realty Holdings, LLC in 2016 into the mixed-use property it’s known for today.
