RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented LMD Invest LLC in the sale of 1070 Virginia Center Parkway, a 24,400 square foot, unanchored retail strip located along Brook Road (Route 1) in Henrico County, Virginia. Originally constructed in 2006, the property is situated on ±4.89 acres within the larger Virginia Center Station retail development.
The asset was acquired for $6,350,000 on December 12, 2019 by JDJR Central, LLC.  At the time of the sale, the property was 100% leased to seven tenants including national operators Chipotle, Mattress Firm and Anytime Fitness at the time of the acquisition. Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler. James Ashby IV, assisted in the sale and will retain the leasing of the asset and Dana Schnurman with Thalhimer’s property management team will continue to handle on behalf of new ownership.
