ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented Manakin Holdings, LLC in the sale of a ground-leased Ollie’s Bargain Outlet located at 4943 Valley View Blvd. NW in Roanoke, Virginia. The 45,000 square foot retail building was previously occupied by Toys “R” Us until Ollie’s assumption of the existing lease in 2018.  
NNN CP Corp acquired the asset on December 27th, 2019 for $3,450,000.  Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
