VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:  Green Clean Auto Wash and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer are pleased to announce the sale of approximately 1.01 acres of retail land located at 3112 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach, Virginia. 

Green Clean Holdings purchased the acreage from Truist Bank for $1,794,500. In the Hampton Roads area, there are currently four Green Clean Express Auto Wash locations open, five under construction, and this location at 3112 Virginia Beach Blvd. is one of three future locations that are commencing construction. Green Clean was acquired by Express Wash Concepts and plans to open 20+ locations throughout Virginia, including Hampton Roads, Richmond, and Charlottesville by the second quarter of 2022.
