B&D Acquisitions LLC purchased the 36,902 square foot industrial/warehouse building, situated on 2.105 acres, from Melchor Enterprises for $2,638,250 as an investment. The property features two in-place tenants, dock and grade loading, and substantial paved and fenced yard area.
