NORFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of two properties in Norfolk Commerce Center at 5400 & 5426 Robin Hood Road in Norfolk, Virginia. 

Brite Electric purchased the 10,867 square foot office/flex building at 5400 Robin Hood Road from Day & Zimmerman for $1,050,000 to occupy their operations after renovations. 

In a separate transaction, Coastal Mechanical Systems purchased the neighboring 28,513 square foot flex building, located at 5426 Robin Hood Road, from Day & Zimmerman for $2,325,000 to occupy for their headquarters after renovations and modifications.
