Moseley Real Estate Advisors, Inc purchased the 10,748 square foot retail building, situated on 2.3 acres, from G.C. of Hampton Partners, LLC for $2,500,000 with plans to redevelop into a 9,000 square foot multi-tenant building with Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers as the anchor.
