Ghent Office Building Sold in Norfolk for $3.46MM

NORFOLK, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 501 W. 21st Street in Norfolk, Virginia. OMD Enterprise, LLC purchased the 14,762 square foot office building from TowneBank for $3,461,200 as an investment and the future home of their corporate offices. 

The three-story office was built in 2011 in the heart of Ghent and is currently 100% occupied by AB&B, Credit Union, Nusbaum Insurance, and Rose & Womble, Chandler Property Management.
