Build-To-Suit Announced in Salem, Virginia for Lowe’s Home Center
ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC has leased a 60,000 square foot distribution warehouse from Samet Corp. and Valley Tech Partners, LLC that will be a build-to-suit. The warehouse will be located at 0 Technology Drive in Roanoke County’s Valley Tech Park in Salem, Virginia. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2022.
Boyd Johnson of Cushman Wakefield l Thalhimer’s Roanoke office assisted in the purchase of the 8.5-acre site for the speculative warehouse building and handled the negotiations of the lease on behalf of the landlords.
