CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 6.57 acres at Westchester Commons, 15400 WC Commons Way, in Chesterfield County, Virginia. 

Westchester Towns Development Co., LLC purchased the acreage from Zaremba Metropolitan Midlothian, LLC for $3,787,955. This is the first phase of land on which StyleCraft Homes will ultimately build 200 townhomes.  Construction is planned to start this summer.
