The new assignment expands TMF into a new region of the Blue Ridge, adding Culpeper and Front Royal to the management footprint. The properties are a mix of garden and townhome styles. This acquisition adds nearly 1,000 units and 25 new associates to the Thalhimer Multifamily portfolio, bringing the residential management portfolio to over 10,000 units in Virginia and North Carolina.
