RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, March 4, 2024 – Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF) is pleased to announce that Alexis Cumbia has been promoted to Systems Support Coordinator. Ms. Cumbia will be based in the Richmond office.

Ms. Cumbia began her residential property management career in February 2020 as Thalhimer Multifamily’s leasing consultant for their Scott’s Addition properties. She was promoted to senior property manager of the Scott’s Addition portfolio in January 2021 and transitioned into the floating property manager position in April 2022. The floating position introduced her to the diversity of property management and provided priceless experience in training, problem resolution, and project management for her current role as systems support coordinator.
