The property consists of two (2) buildings totaling 230,250 square feet (SF), along with expansive outdoor storage and trailer parking. The seller executed a sale-leaseback on a portion of the asset, with the remaining vacancies being marketed for lease.

North River Capital, LLC and Feldman Bergin Properties acquired the asset on July 19, 2024, at an undisclosed sales price, from NAPA Holdings Richmond, LLC.
