SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT:
Alicia Brown has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Ms. Brown has been with Thalhimer since 2011 and is a member of Thalhimer’s Retail Services Group in Richmond. Specializing in both landlord and tenant representation, she is particularly focused on landlord representation for various property types, including neighborhood retail centers, strip malls, free-standing buildings, land sales, and restaurants. In her role, Alicia also supports both national and local retail tenants with their site selection process and lease negotiations. Her expertise and deep knowledge of the Virginia market have been key in her continued success and her recent promotion.

Bo McKown has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. McKown is a member of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group in Thalhimer’s Richmond office and has nine years of Capital Markets experience across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. During his career, Mr. McKown has been involved in over $2 billion of transactions including investment sales, equity recapitalizations, and debt placement across all property types. His main specialty is investment sales for income-producing industrial, flex, and office assets throughout the region.

Annie O’Connor has been promoted to senior vice president. Ms. O’Connor specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector. She joined the Thalhimer Retail Group in Richmond in 2017. Ms. O’Connor currently represents local and national tenants and landlords in the Virginia markets. Her extensive market knowledge and long-standing relationships have enabled her to provide outstanding results for clients.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE:
Craig Douglas has been promoted to senior associate. Mr. Douglas has been a member of Thalhimer’s Richmond Brokerage Team since 2021 specializing in Industrial leasing and sales in the Richmond Metropolitan Area. He has successfully represented both landlords and tenants throughout the region with his knowledge and passion to please his clients.

Clay Willis has been promoted to senior associate. Mr. Willis focuses on retail leasing and sales in Hampton Roads and throughout Southeastern Virginia. He works closely with both landlords and tenants to provide unique real estate solutions for any requirement.
