Thalhimer Multifamily Announces Promotions

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, January 13, 2026 – Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF) is excited to announce promotions within the organization.

Catrina Scanlan, CAM, CAPS, HCCP has been promoted to Director, Operations for Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF). Ms. Scanlan began her tenure with Thalhimer in 2016 as a Portfolio Manager and was promoted to Associate Director, operations in 2021. Ms. Scanlan’s recent promotion to Director, Operations, reflects her experience, performance, and continued impact on the TMF portfolio.

Lindsey Melton has been promoted to Director, Operations. Ms. Melton joined Thalhimer in 2019 as a Portfolio Manager and was promoted to Associate Director, Operations in 2023. She will continue to lead associate engagement efforts through the TMF Mentorship Program, as well as oversee a group of regional property managers.

Adam Kiser has been promoted to Associate Director, Operational Performance. Since joining TMF in 2024, Mr. Kiser has successfully implemented best practices across the department in reporting and operational standardization. In his elevated role, he will continue strengthening departmental improvements as well as fine-tuning the property transitions process.

Rebeca Leininger, CAM has been promoted to Associate Director, Systems Support at TMF. Since joining TMF in 2021, Ms. Leininger has been a driving force for TMF systems evolution. Based in the Richmond office, Ms. Leininger continues to be a vital part of TMF’s growth and innovation.

Alexis “Lexi” Cumbia, CAM has been promoted to Manager, Systems Support. Since transitioning to the Systems Support team, Ms. Cumbia has played a key role in the evolution of TMF’s software – supporting major system rollouts and serving as a hands-on resource for TMF site teams. In her new role, she will help to scale resources, improve training adoption, and drive consistent user experience across the portfolio.

Matthew Baugh has been promoted to Regional Service Manager at TMF. Mr. Baugh has been a standout leader on-site, known for his attention to detail, proactive mindset, and passion for mentorship. Whether reducing maintenance requests through preventative care, or supporting multifamily communities across the region, Mr. Baugh leads with integrity, teamwork, and service. In his new role, he’ll bring that same energy and expertise to a broader portfolio – strengthening teams, standardizing service operations, and continuing to elevate the resident experience.

Tracey Lowry has been promoted to Regional Property Manager. Ms. Lowry began her career with Thalhimer in 1998 at Riverpoint Apartments in Norfolk. Most recently, she has served as Assistant Regional Property Manager overseeing a Virginia Beach and Norfolk portfolio. In her new role, she will continue to build on her operational knowledge while serving the needs of her clients.
