RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Thalhimer and Summit Real Estate Group recently celebrated the groundbreaking of West Creek Commerce Center at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery – West Creek on April 16. The event drew a strong crowd of commercial real estate professionals from across the region, along with Goochland County economic development officials, to mark the start of this exciting new industrial project.  

Summit Real Estate Group purchased the 23.18-acre site in October 2025 and is developing a speculative industrial facility totaling approximately 221,231 square feet. The building will include 1,880 square feet of office space, 32-foot clear heights, dock-high and drive-in loading, and other state-of-the-art industrial features. Delivery is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026.
