As Chief Financial Officer, Keishee serves as a financial advisor to the Board of Directors developing and implanting strategic initiatives. Keishee provides leadership for Thalhimer’s accounting and technology operations. These groups support the firm and more than 450 of the firm’s management clients. Additionally, she oversees corporate banking relationships, is an administrator of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and is the risk control officer for the firm.
Keishee joined Thalhimer in 2026 and is a proven a proven leader with a significant financial background and more than 12 years of real estate accounting experience. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Keishee served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Vanderbilt Office Properties in Chicago, Illinois, where she oversaw financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, audit processes, and tax functions. Prior to that, she was with JLL, where she led Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and financial reporting for corporate and shared services, designing and managing annual budgets and forecasts for more than 140 offices across eight business lines.
Keishee earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida.
