Thalhimer senior vice president Amy Broderick and vice president Kate Hosko coordinated the relocation and lease negotiations on behalf of AES Clean Energy during their recent move from a suburban location to Richmond’s redeveloped Scott’s Addition area. AES started its search with the goal of creating a vibrant office environment in a more urban setting and chose Scott’s Addition in part for the eclectic mix of restaurants, breweries, lofts, and offices.
