GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the investment sale of 121 units in Greenville, South Carolina. 
SCap 121, LLC, an entity created for the investment, purchased the 121-unit residential rental portfolio from Lister Properties for $9,456,000. The investor has committed to a long-term strategy in Upstate South Carolina and expects to hold the portfolio while seeking additional acquisition opportunities. The portfolio was completely stabilized at the time of the sale.
