DURHAM, NC:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of approximately 50.76 acres of land located within Treyburn Corporate Park, a 5,300-acre Corporate Park and Golf Course Community in Durham, North Carolina.
     Purdue Pharma Manufacturing, L.P. purchased the land from Treyburn Corporate Park, LLC for $2,690,280 for construction of a 150,000 square foot solid dose pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
