RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 97 acres of land located along Jefferson Davis Highway at Moore’s Lake Road in Chester, Virginia. 

Emerson Roper purchased the acreage from Americana Park LLC and Trollingwood Land LLC for $3,200,000 and will soon break ground on a mixed-use residential community that will add an additional 827 housing units to the already existing 385 apartment community known as The Jane. The unit mix will consist of 27 townhomes, 62 single family homes, 238 two over two condos and 500 apartments. The new community is centered around a Bon Secours 23,000 square foot free-standing Emergency Center currently under construction at the corner of Jefferson Davis and Moore’s Lake Road. Two additional commercial uses are currently under contract for additional frontage in this project.
