RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by USPP Cardinal Commerce Center A, LLC for the commercial management of Cardinal Commerce Center South, a newly constructed 260,000 square foot Class A industrial property located at 10464 Cedar Lane in Hanover County, Virginia. 

Cardinal Commerce Center South is a 3-building industrial development located in southern Hanover County near the rapidly growing Virginia Center Commons area. Cardinal Commerce Center South (Building A) is fully leased to two national tenants, Keefe Group and Homylink Furniture, Inc. Cardinal Commerce Center North (Building B) is a 420,000 square foot Class A industrial building under construction to house Performance Food Group’s logistics operations.
