GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA:

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Becknell Industrial purchased 55 acres in The Matrix Industrial Park in Piedmont, South Carolina for the development of a 161,618 square foot manufacturing/ warehouse facility for Magna Decostar.  Additionally, Proper Polymers, a supplier to Magna Decostar, plans to co-locate on the site in a separate 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility.

Brian J. Young, CCIM, SIOR and Kacie Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the land sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and also represented both Magna Decostar and Proper Polymers in their lease negotiations with Becknell Industrial.
