     SPENJAC, LLC purchasedthe approx. 22,000 sq.ft. property situated on 1.45 acres from Evergreen Virginia LLC for $1,065,000.  SPENJAC consists of Spencer and Jacqueline Upshur, husband and wife owners of Business Interiors and Moving Services.  They plan to move their Norfolk headquarters into the building as soon as the current tenant, Truck Source,  moves out in late September 2014.  Business Interiors & Moving currently leases 5,000 sq.ft. of the building.  They financed the purchase with an SBA loan from Fulton Bank.
